High specification sealing
- Mechanical seals – Purged or non-purged, these high performance drive shaft seals provide sealing in even the most hostile of conditions.
Filter Management System 
Remove operator involvement with the Russell Filter Management System (FMS). The system continuously monitors your filtration process, enabling the filter to run efficiently without operator involvement. This means reduced labor costs and increased productivity.

Monitoring systems
- Pressure gauges (analogue and digital) – These ensure your system's performance is clearly visible. High sensitivity gauges are also available, detecting 0.1 bar increments for systems with low differential pressure.
- Rotation monitoring systems – Used in conjunction with the Filter Management System, these provide additional insight into how your equipment is running, and gives you advance warning if your system is underperforming.
Filter End Cap Supports - for improved safety and handling of your filter
The Russell Eco Filter is designed for ease of operation and maintenance. However, when the 
end cap is connected to an integrated discharge system, this can increase the need for more than one operator to assist during strip down and re-assembly. Installing an End Cap Support to your filter will ensure a single operator can carry out dismantling and assembly of your filter quickly and safely.
- Saves you money - only one operator is required during dis-assembly and assembly, resulting in reduced labor costs.
- Increases productivity - with improved handling during cleandown, production downtime is significantly reduced.
- Improves health and safety - supporting the weight of the end cap prevents risk of injury to operators during assembly and dis-assembly.
Heavy-duty applications
- Intermittent wiper rotation – This function is used in conjunction with the Filter Management System, allowing for high wear applications.
- Hardened microscreens – Particularly popular in high temperature resin applications, these are significantly harder than traditional microscreens and extend screen life considerably.
