3in1 bag tip sieving station - Specially designed for safety screening products from low-level bag emptying
The Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve has been specifically designed to check screen hand fed ingredients through low-level bag emptying, where operator protection is essential and product quality must be beyond criticism. Due to its straight-through design and optimum clearance between the sieve outlet and your floor, the 3in1 can fit neatly into your production process.
- The Bag tipping platform with integrated dust hood - Safeguards the health of your operators with a comfortable tipping height for 25kg bags, following Health and Safety Executive guidance on manual handling tasks. In addition, the dust hood at the top dramatically reduces dust generated during sieving.
- The Russell Compact Sieve - Provides high performance screening, ensuring the quality of your ingredients by removing oversize contamination.
- The Magnetic Separator – Available in both standard and rare earth options, the trap catches ferrous particles smaller than the mesh size, complying with provisions of the Food & Safety Act 1990.
