Filtering wood stains at Cuprinol

Cuprinol achieves highest quality standards

Cuprinol, one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of wood care products, is achieving consistently high quality control standards on its range of wood stains and water-based garden products, following the installation of six high performance Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filters. Installed on six filling lines, the filters are in operation 16 hours a day removing any impurities from the product prior to canning.

Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®

The Eco Filters self-cleaning 316 stainless steel filter element operates on a flow-through principle, eliminating dead spots, facilitating high volume production and minimizing product loss. Another important benefit of the Self-Cleaning Filter is its fully enclosed design which protects the product from airborne and other contamination whilst safeguarding operator health. Easy to install and maintain, the Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® is compact, fitting neatly into existing production lines, and are also quiet in operation.

What our clients say

“We have used other brands of filter but Russell’s Eco range offers better performance and quality, and also reduces wastage. They are simple to use, easy to clean and maintain and operate virtually automatically. And because the filter element lasts much longer than in conventional filters, parts are replaced less frequently, reducing downtime and producing further cost savings.”
