This trend-setting meeting point will consist of an international network of experts and professionals with over 3,100 exhibitors already registered to attend. ACHEMA will be held in Frankfurt am Main, Germany from 15-19 June 2015. There will be decision makers from up to 100 countries present providing the chance to forge new business relationships and find new suppliers with the most up to date solutions on offer.

ACHEMA-2015

Russell Finex will once again be attending, located at Stand C75, Hall 6 with a variety of existing and new separation solutions on display. Not only will visitors have the opportunity to gain direct access to high quality and new separation equipment at the Russell Finex stand, visitors will also be able to meet experts within the industry who can answer any queries on the latest innovations and launches exhibited.

The innovative separation equipment presented at Stand C75, Hall 6 will include:

The Finex Separator™ is a revolutionary vibratory separator designed for accurate grading, scalping or sizing of wet and dry materials. It provides perfect movement of material on mesh, separating product using the ideal suspension and weight system to achieve the intended product flow.

This vibrating screen separator comes with an integrated control system which provides improved control and efficiency by allowing operators to control different aspects of the machine from one location. On the stand the integrated control system will include the following equipment:

• The Vibrasonic® Deblinding System is used for removing the blinding and blocking of sieve mesh. Unlike mechanical deblinding systems the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System uses ultrasonic frequencies which do not cause damage to the sieve mesh. This ultrasonic sieving system can be retrofitted onto any new or existing vibrating sieve or separator.
• The Russell Vibrastop™ is an innovative enhancement for vibratory sieves designed to eliminate excessive movement and sound during start up and shutdown. It bypasses the sieves resonant frequency, resulting in shutdown of the sieve being almost immediate (within half a second).
• The Russell Gated Outlet™ is a pneumatically controlled gate inserted just inside the outlet of the sieve deck which can be inflated or deflated, allowing complete control of product discharge. This is great for applications where there is very little oversize or when product is discharged too soon which results in loss of good product.

The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® significantly improves the quality of liquid products by eliminating oversized contamination. The machine, which will be presented as a working demonstration, comes in a variety of different sizes and can be easily fitted into existing pipework. The new Filter Management System™ will also be displayed in operation. It has been designed to significantly improve processing efficiency by installing an electronic monitor and automatically controls the filtration system.

The Russell Liquid Solid Separator™ is an advanced version of traditional liquid solid separators which will be shown in operation at the stand. This multi-purpose centrifugal separator has the ability remove soft and fibrous oversized solids from liquids and can adapt to any process.

The Russell Hygiene Filter™ is a liquid filter designed for sanitary applications which incorporates a re-usable filter element and a unique self-cleaning wiper system. Oversize can be continuously removed from liquids and slurries as fine as 10 micron.

The Russell Blow Thru Sieve™ is used in pneumatic conveying lines allowing processors to screen and transport powder materials at the same time. This pneumatic sieve ensures incoming and end products which leave and enter the plant are exempt from contamination. The Russell Blow Thru Sieve™ attains enhanced product quality and productivity with throughput rates reaching 25 metric tonnes per hour.

The Russell Compact Airlock Sieve® will fit effortlessly into any part of a production process, achieving maximum screening capacity. It has been designed to be less than half the height of a traditional sieving machine and is perfect to screen incoming ingredients or finished powders. The Russell Compact Airlock Sieve® offers a high product containment of less than 1µg/m³. The sieve comes with a unique patented TLI (Twist, Lock and Inflate) pneumatic clamping system. The component parts are placed into the base and located by twisting and locking the lid. An inflatable seal then locks the components in place. This reduces the dust and improves your operators’ health and safety. A new 900mm model will be showcased at the stand.

The Russell Compact Sieve® is the most popular and versatile check screening machine on offer. This vibratory screener ensures accurate screening of powders and liquids and can easily be fitted into existing production lines. At the show a variety of different finishes available for the machine will be shown.

The Russell Screen Changer, which will be shown as a working demonstration at the Russell Finex stand, has been designed to help operators easily change mesh screens. The unit prevents the risk of injury to operators as well as damage to mesh when changing screens on vibratory sieves or separators. With the Russell Screen Changer there is no need for additional tools, allowing the mesh screen to be changed quickly and efficiently with health and safety of the operator in mind.
