Russell Finex will display its high performance separation machines at Industrial Processing Hall 12 Stand E096.
Industrial Processing, taking place from 4 – 7 October 2016 in Utrecht, Netherlands, is the biggest trade fair in Benelux for the liquid and solid processing industry. At this fair, visitors can receive the latest information and developments in process equipment, automation and engineering by following live product demonstrations, presentations and by interacting directly with keynote speakers. The fair will take place in co-location with World of Technology & Science (WoTS) which focuses on the automation, laboratory, motion & drives and electronics industries.

With live demonstrations, Russell Finex will present high quality separation equipment such as the Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®, Finex Separator™ and Russell Compact Airlock Sieve™ in Hall 12 Stand E096.
The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® removes contamination and oversize materials from liquids. With its unique design there are no stoppages and no slowing of throughput which provides for an increase in production rates. In addition, significant cost savings can be made as there is no need to dispose of filter media to suit any installation these filters are available in both horizontal and vertical orientation, and a variety of options including sanitary, high temperature and jacketed.
The Finex Separator™ is a vibratory separator that is designed for grading wet or dry materials up to five fractions in one operation. When compared to a traditional circular separator, real high capacity improvements are achieved. The patented rubber suspension provides much lower noise levels down to to 69 dBA and the 4 rubber feet on which the separator stands eases the manoeuvrability of the machine. Together with the separator a Russell Gated Outlet™ will be showcased. The Russell Gated Outlet™ is a pneumatically controlled gate that helps with controlling the flow of the product from the oversize outlet.
The Russell Compact Airlock Sieve™ is a circular vibratory sifter that accurately removes oversize contamination while offering high product containment. With its patented TLI (Twist, Lock, Inflate) pneumatic clamping system, components parts are placed into the base and locked by twisting the lid, with an inflatable seal locking the components parts in place. This minimizes the exposure to dust and protects your operators health and safety. The design of the screener provides easier sanitation and enhances performance.
