Pharmintech 2019 Preview

Russell Finex, founded in 1934, has 85 years of experience manufacturing sieving and filtration equipment and has worked with a range of global pharmaceutical companies such as GSK, Pfizer, and Unilever. Russell Finex will exhibit at Pharmintech, showcasing innovative separation technology for a variety of industries. Machines on display will include:

• The Russell Compact Airswept Sieve™ - a pneumatic sieve used to convey and check-screen materials from storage location to the next process stage. This vacuum conveying sieve reduces the risk of product inhalation and can easily be stripped down and cleaned without the use of tools.
• The Finex Separator™ - a vibratory separator which grades wet and dry materials up to five fractions in just one operation. This machine allows full material flow on all four mesh screens providing greater accuracy and a higher screening capacity compared to conventional separators. During the exhibition it will be fitted with the Vibrasonic^® Deblinding System used to eliminate mesh blinding when sieving extremely fine powders.
• The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter^® - a sanitary filter that removes oversized particles and contamination from all liquid products. Its unique SpiroKlene™ wiper system provides effective and continuous filtration down to 10 micron without maintenance stoppages.
