POLAGRA-TECH continues to be the leading international trade fair for the food industry in Central Europe
Russell Finex participated in POLAGRA-TECH 2015, the International Trade Fair of Food Processing Technologies in Poznan, Poland. POLAGRA-TECH hosted over 1,000 exhibitors from 30 different countries and attracted more than 60,000 visitors.
At the show technical and technological solutions for the food industry were presented, showing the latest innovations on the market. This year’s edition of POLAGRA-TECH included the Exhibition of Meat and Fish Technologies and the Exhibition of Food Technologies. At the show mainly machines and devices as well as components and additions used within food production processes were showcased.

- The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® is ideal to process viscose food liquids such as the filtration of honey, liquid chocolate or caramel.
- The Russell Compact Sieve® is a high capacity check screener used in many applications within the food industry including check screening milk powder, sieving flour or screening fatty products such as buttermilk.
- The Russell Eco Separator® grades both wet and dry product in up to 5 fractions in one single action. This grading sieve can be used for product recovery, sizing or scalping.
