Milk separators and more

We have expertise in sieving milk powder and know the cost of downtime due to nozzle blockages in box driers, and single, double and multi-stage spray driers. We understand differences in sieving spray dried or fluid bed dried powders, and the differences in sieving skim, full cream or fat added powders, as well as casein and whey powders.

Curd/whey separation

We know, in detail, how cheese is produced and the problems related to curd/whey separation. We know about starter failure due to phage, about the effect of oxidation on curd and the problems foam in whey has on the ability to filter out curd particles. Most importantly, we know the solutions to these problems. We also know the importance of hygiene and the need to have CIP equipment and to protect ultrafiltration equipment.
