Options
General options of the Finex Separator™
To best fit into your production line and to make sure we can handle whatever throughput you require, the Finex Separator™ is available in four different sizes:
- 60" diameter
- 48" diameter
- 40" diameter
- 30" diameter
The Finex Separator™ can be fitted with up to four decks to increase separation accuracy (up to five fractions).
The machine is also available in a variety of finishes to meet your industry's demands.
Cascade System
A two-phase separation process increases mesh area significantly. The Cascade system can raise capacity by up to 70% compared to a standard separator of the same diameter.
This system is based on two screens of the same mesh size, mounted one above the other, the upper screen being slightly smaller in diameter. Material is fed to the upper screen and either passes through the mesh or flows over the edge onto the screen below to be screened again.
Other Options
- The Russell Screen Changer allows mesh screens to be changed quickly and easily without the need for manual lifting or additional tools
- ATEX Certification is available for all Finex Separators for use in zones 20, 21, 22, 0, 1 and 2
- The Russell Vibrasonic® Mesh Deblinding System eliminates mesh blinding down to 20 micron
- Conventional cleaning discs and balls can also be utilized to minimize mesh screen blinding
