Eliminating mesh blinding
Some powders like lactose have irregular shaped particles, which can cause mesh-blinding problems. The Russell Vibrasonic® Deblinding System has been specifically adapted for use in the pharmaceutical industry. The titanium transducer, which ultrasonically “excites” the wires of the screen mesh to cure blinding is housed in a polished stainless steel enclosure.
