Eliminating mesh blinding
Some powders like lactose have irregular shaped particles, which can cause mesh-blinding problems. The Russell Vibrasonic Deblinding System has been specifically adapted for use in the pharmaceutical industry. The titanium transducer, which ultrasonically “excites” the wires of the screen mesh to cure blinding is housed in a polished stainless steel enclosure.
