Russell Finex Inc. (RFI) is our US-based subsidiary and has been in business for over 35 years. In 1992, RFI relocated from Mt.Vernon, New York to a brand new facility in Pineville, on the outskirts of Charlotte, NC. This facility has enabled us to increase our support in all aspects of communication from video conferencing to state of the art test-facilities. We also hold a comprehensive stocking of both machines and spares to ensure our service to you is as fast as you require. As a result, we have continued to grow and are recognised as a major supplier of screening and straining equipment throughout the U.S, Canada, Mexico and South America.
We currently employ 16 people in our Charlotte office to provide you with the customer assistance you may need. We also have sales offices located in New Milford (Connecticut), Chicago (Illinois), and California. In addition to our direct employees, RFI employs a network of Manufacturer Representatives throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central and South America.
