Russell Finex gave us the best price, the right physical size we needed, and the ability to handle the capacities that we were quoting. That's why we went with them.

Rotary Sieves
Rotary Sieves - using a rotary action to remove oversized contaminants
Rotary style sieving units can offer many benefits over their flat bed vibratory counterparts. They can deliver significantly higher capacities within the same footprint and can often be installed as an integral part of the product transportation process.
There are two main categories of rotary sieves:
Liquid/solid separation
This multi purpose machine has the ability to remove soft and fibrous oversized solids from liquids at flow rates of up to 100,000 l/hr (26,500 USGal/hr) and is adaptable to virtually any process.
Dry powder separation
This unique machine utilizes its paddle assembly to convey and separate powder in one operation. This unit is often used when sieving agglomerated or sticky powders.
