The Blow Thru Sieve – Safety screening and check screening via blow lines to improve your product quality
The Blow Thru Sieve improves the quality of your products by removing contamination before it enters your production process. Ideally suited for tanker unloading, these sieves both check screen and convey in a single operation, coping with throughputs as high as 25 metric tonnes per hour (60,000 lbs/hr). This high capacity positive pressure screener safeguards product quality without sacrificing productivity.

Applications for the Blow Thru Sieve
The Blow Thru Sieve has been designed and built to meet the European Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. This unit is certified to operate up to a maximum pressure of 2 bar gauge in Europe or up to 1 bar (14.5 psi) in North America.
Incoming ingredients – Check-screening incoming ingredients during tanker unloading ensures your downstream process is free from contamination.
In process – The Blow Thru Sieve can also be used to screen materials while they are pneumatically conveyed at any point throughout your production process.
Before dispatch – Screening your final product before dispatch ensures your customers receive contamination free products, safeguarding your reputation.
