Russell Finex have well equipped testing facilities at each of our three main sites - in the UK, the USA and Belgium. We regularly test different materials on our wide range of sieves, separators and filters. These are listed on the Test of the month archive page where they can be downloaded for viewing. Every month, we will be featuring a test we have recently conducted and filmed.

Machine: Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve™
Other information: The Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve™ is the ideal machine for check-screening hand fed ingredients through low-leve bag emptying. The unit can be easily integrated into most production processes and can be customized to meet your requirements. In this instance the Compact 3in1 Sieve™ has been mounted onto a mobile stand allowing the unit to be easily transported around the production plant. A screw conveyor has also been connected to the sieve outlet allowing a larger collecting bin to be used.
