Grading Butterscotch
The Finex Separator is the machine of choice for grading wet or dry materials up to five fractions in one operation. In this instance a 4 deck 40” Finex Separator has been used to obtain 5 fractions of butterscotch. Various mesh sizes were used to obtain the desired product cuts with a mechanical deblinding system used on the 1mm mesh to prevent mesh blinding.
