The Finex Separator™ is the ideal machine for grading solder powder. With its unique rubber suspension system this machine is able to accurately grade materials on up to five fractions in one operation. Solder powder is notoriously difficult to screen effectively and therefore to compliment the sieve, a Russell Vibrasonic® Deblinding System was installed onto the meshes to prevent the solder from blocking the mesh. With Vibrasonics, the mesh is kept continuously clear ensuring the sieve can run without interruption.
