With safety in mind, the Compact Airswept Sieve ensures powders can be check screened in one dust tight operation, minimizing the risk of contamination and product inhalation by operators. For lightweight products, such as Aerosil or products which are known to generate dust, this machine is the ideal check-screening machine. The Compact Airswept Sieve pneumatically conveys and check-screens the product from one location to the next in one continuous operation. To aid sieving, nylon discs were placed on the mesh to break up the agglomerated aerosil, ensuring that all the product can pass freely through the mesh.
