Sieve Analysis and Testing
At Russell Finex, we strongly believe in research and testing. This allows us to conduct in-depth sieve analysis of new products to understand the best way to process them. At all of our three main sites, in the UK, the US and Belgium, we have heavily invested in the latest testing and research technology.
Purpose built testing facilities
One of Russell Finex's strengths has always been our ability to test and prove products. We have specialized Test and Research units that provide facilities for our technical representatives and customers to assess materials and equipment under controlled conditions.

These units offer you the ability to try out any Russell Finex machine with your own product before purchase. These technology centers can adapt to a wide range of testing conditions, recreating your processing environment as closely as possible.
On-site laboratories also allow us to conduct detailed sieve analysis of your materials. We can also video tests for review by you and your colleagues.
On-site testing
Equipment is also available for testing at your production facilities ensuring total peace of mind before purchase. A test can be carried out in your processing or manufacturing plant where sieving or filtration equipment is ultimately to be installed.

Testing database
The results of every test we carry out are added to a computerized database that incorporates information gathered by Russell Finex from its earliest days. This allows us to use the database to suggest solutions to your problems and may narrow down parameters that need to be tested.
This can result in specifying the most suitable equipment and settings for any given material and any desired production target. It can also be used to provide a full test report from your trial. Confidentiality is granted to all of our clients.
