Electrical Design and Development Engineer: Design and development of electrical and electronic equipment to extend the Company's product range and meet changing and new requirements of customers. This is a challenging role for an enthusiastic individual that can work using their own initiative to achieve an agreed specification.

Marketing Assistant: This role will suit candidates with a degree in Marketing or a related field, looking to develop a career within a fast-growing global manufacturer. You will be a key member of the team working on exciting projects and supporting marketing executives.

QA Manager: We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager or Quality Engineer looking to transition to QA Manager role within the next 6 months. You will be responsible for maintaining the company's Quality Management System to ensure we continue to deliver the best quality products and services and continue to improve our processes and procedures. You will also ensure compliance with laws, regulations and standards relevant to our market sectors such as Machinery, ATEX, Food and Pharmaceuticals. A good understanding of ISO9001 would be beneficial. This role would suit a proactive, organised and forward-thinking person. Good communication skills are a prerequisite as you will be working with internal and external customers as well as representing the company during audits.

Stores and Facilities Controller: Receiving, issuing, packing and crating machinery and spares. This role includes problem solving alongside the Stores and Stock Control team.

MIG/TIG Welder & Fabricator: Using tools such as: Press break, Saw, Bender, Guillotine etc. from engineering drawings. Tack and finish MIG/TI Stainless steel products/tube and box section as well as occasional mild steel work. Must be able to weld thin gauge material

Test Engineer: The person will be part of a team in charge of providing an efficient testing service for our UK and Export Sales Team and occasionally helping with Development trials. This involves testing customers’ powders and liquids on Russell Finex machines to see how they perform and inputting results into reports. Preparing Russell Finex equipment to be sent to customers’ sites for evaluation and maintaining the efficient running of the test facilities.

Finance Manager: This is an exciting new role within the Finance team at RFL. The role encompasses many aspects of accounting including budgeting, forecasting and consolidations as well as managing the audit and ensuring statutory compliance. We would also be looking for experience of payroll and VAT. We are looking for a qualified accountant with experience of managing a team who also has a good track record as a business partner. The ideal candidate would also have good IT knowledge and be focussed on continuous improvement.

Development Technician: Skilled welder sheet metalworker required to manufacture, assemble and test prototype equipment from detailed engineering drawings or sketches. Ideally, experience is required in MIG/ TIG/ MAG welding, stainless steel and mild steel fabrication, use of workshop machinery e.g. bending, rolling, folding, cutting etc. You will be responsible for providing a timely service to the Development department, contributing to the development process with regards to design solutions and manufacture practice. You will also be required to assist with production of our equipment to customer orders therefore a flexible approach to work is required

Electrical Technician: We have an opening for a competent electrical technician who is familiar with the building and testing of electrical machines, control panels, electronic generators, ultrasonic probes, PCB boards (to component level) and mesh frames.

Factory Cleaner: We have an opening for an all-rounder to support the day-to-day operation of our factory. You need to be flexible, as tasks will be varied and include general maintenance support such as distributing milk to all fridges, sanitising the factory, sweeping, ensuring shredders are empty, compacting cardboard and any other duties determined by the Team Leader or Line Manager
