Connectors, viewport and air displacement options

Integrate your sieve effectively

Ensuring your sieve or screener is connected properly to the equipment before and after it is essential for correct operation and operator safety. We also offer viewport options to make it easy to see what is happening inside the sieving area and venting options to help displace air in lines handling large movements of powder. With years of experience, we have identified the types and brands of options to meet the performance and certification needs of most applications.

Flexible connectors

Our ability to customize our connection points allows you to choose from BFM, tri-clamp, Jacobs and many more styles to help keep your powder contained and environment dust free while allowing the sieve to vibrate freely without affecting the equipment connected to it. BFM are our connectors of choice as they are simple and quick to fit and are available in a variety of materials and certifications. Click here for more information – www.bfmfitting.com

Viewport options

Most of our sieves and screeners come standard with simple push fit viewport covers that, when removed, allow you to see into the sieving area to check performance or mesh integrity. We also partner with BFM to offer their blanking caps that are transparent and allow viewing without removal.

Oversize collection

If you want to collect small amounts of powder after sieving for use or further analysis, we have partnered with BFM to offer their blanking sock. These can be fitted to outlets on our sieves to allow simple attachment and removal and eliminate the need for plastic bags which are difficult to attach and seal effectively.

Venting options

Screening inside a sealed system may require the sieve to be vented to allow powder flow. We have partnered with BFM to offer a 100% polyester needle felt breather bag that can be added to any of our screeners.
