For over 50 years, Russell Finex have proudly welcomed apprentices into our business, many of them progressing into managerial roles and then retirement. Today, we’re thrilled to share we have been awarded the Best Apprentice Business of the Year at the West London Chamber Awards!
This prestigious recognition highlights our long-standing commitment to creating career pathways for young people, preserving over 90 years of business success and passing it on to the next generation. This ensures that young people are gaining hands-on practical experience with technical theory, giving them the confidence to thrive in their early careers.
Whether in our factory or office, we offer a wide range of apprenticeships and work placements tailored to different interests and skill sets. We do this by partnering with local schools and colleges to:
- Bridge the skills gap in manufacturing and business

- Improve confidence and employability skills, such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving

Not only did we win the Apprentice Business of the Year, but we were also announced as runners up for Developing Future Talent by Make UK and Social Impact by Made in Britain. Our award-winning approach to apprenticeships is more than a programme, it’s a commitment to our local community.
