Separation machinery discharging 92% of de-dusted clay powder at 200 kg/hr
The 48″ Finex Separator™ is a suitable machine for de-dusting clay powder but as with any machine the flow rate does have an impact on the sieving efficiency. If the product is fed onto the vibratory separator at 200 kg/hr, 92% of the dust is removed. However, if it is reduced to 80 kg/hr, 96% of the dust is removed. In addition, adding Vibrasonics® will increase the sieving efficiency further by eliminating mesh blinding. Without Vibrasonics® the mesh blinds very quickly causing reduced throughput, inefficient separation and costly maintenance. With Vibrasonics® activated, the mesh is kept continuously clear.
