Dewatering solution for coffee grinds
A two step process to dewater coffee grinds
This two stage process of dewatering coffee grinds uses the 48" Finex Separator™ in conjunction with the Russell Liquid Solid Separator™. The two machines effectively separate solid material from liquid in a simple solid and liquid separation. The first stage of the process involves using a 48" Finex Separator™ with a 100mg screen to remove some of the water from the coffee grinds. The second stage involves the centrifugal separator which uses a 40 micron nylon sleeve and removes the remaining water collecting the coffee grinds for further distribution.
