Screening binder jetting AM powders

Binder jetting is an additive manufacturing process that uses a powder and liquid binding agent to build a component.

‘Out of spec’ powders can be left over following each build, meaning increased costs. The Russell AMPro® Sieve Station reclaims and reconditions AM powders after use. This keeps the process affordable and reduces powder wastage.

As well as the Russell AMPro® Sieve Station, we have a range of other separation equipment for grading AM powders and check-screening virgin AM powders.
