Innovative sieving and filtration solutions for the food industry to be displayed at International FoodTec India 2018 in Hall No-1, Stand D44 

International FoodTec India is one of India's biggest and most popular food industry exhibitions due to take place at BCEC, Mumbai, from September 27- 29, 2018. The show will run alongside its concurrent trade fairs; PackEx India, Food Logistic India, Anutec Ingredients India and World of Food India. More than 500 exhibitors are participating from all over the globe to showcase their new technologies and advancements for the food sector.
After a successful exhibition last year, Russell Finex is again participating in the show, and will be located at Hall No-1, Stand D44 with their innovative range of sieving and filtration solutions for the food industry.

Russell Finex will be displaying the following innovations at International FoodTec India:

The Finex Ultima™: Exclusively designed for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka, this high-performance vibrating screen helps to improve product quality and productivity. The unit is equipped with many features including an open frame design to maintain machine hygiene, a unique rubber suspension to provide maximum vibration to the sieve, and stainless-steel contact parts for machine longevity.

The Russell Compact Sieve®: This high capacity safety vibrating sifter is popular among many global food manufacturers due to its compact design allowing it to easily fit into existing production lines. The unit is designed to eliminate contamination from wet and dry applications with high throughput rates and improved product quality.

The Vibrasonic® Deblinding System : This is an ultrasonic deblinding system which helps to prevent blinding of mesh screens and enables sieving of powders on finer meshes down to 20 microns. This system can easily be retrofitted to existing round separators or traditional spring mounted screens.

The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®: The self-cleaning filter helps to remove oversize impurities from all types of high viscosity liquids and slurries. This unit is designed with an enclosed system to provide a contamination-free high quality product with high throughput rates.
