Russell Finex exhibits at the world’s forum and leading show for all processing industries
ACHEMA is the world’s forum for process industries across all fields, allowing the convergence of knowledge between key influencers and stakeholders. The dynamic five-day exhibition held at Frankfurt-am-Main, Germany, took place from 11th – 15th June 2018, creating an innovative and technological summit and knowledge exchange between professionals from all processing industries.
2018 proved successful year for Russell Finex at ACHEMA, with high quality enquiries and a vast amount connections being made. Russell Finex presented a range of innovative sieving and filtration solution for the processing industries.

A range of innovative separation and filtration equipment for wet and dry materials were exhibited at ACHEMA 2018. The Russell Compact Sieve® is ideal for removing oversized contamination from powders and liquid slurries. This high-capacity screening machine increases production rates and improves product purity whilst reducing downtime, and eliminating harmful dust and fumes. The Russell Compact Airlock Sieve™ is a state-of-the-art vibratory sifter with a unique twist, lock and inflate (TLI) system which maximizes screening performance and improves product purity. The Russell Blow Thru Sieve™ efficiently sieves and conveys the product in a single operation, with the ability to achieve throughputs as high as 60,000lbs/hr. This high-capacity pneumatic sieve removes contamination at any point within the production process, from incoming raw materials to check-screening final products.
When grading wet or dry materials, the Finex Separator™ can achieve up to five fractions in one operation. This unit was exhibited with the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System to eliminate mesh blinding, the Russell Vibrastop™ to reduce excessive noise and movement, the Russell Gated Outlet™ to achieve maximum screen efficiency, and the Russell Screen Changer™ to allow safe and comfortable access to mesh screens requiring inspection or replacement.
The Russell Liquid Solid Separator™ and Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® were displayed for separating a range of liquid products. The Russell Liquid Solid Separator™ separates soft and fibrous oversized materials from liquid processes, reducing the loss of good product, as well as reducing disposal costs of effluent streams. The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® has the ability to remove oversize materials from liquid products. Fitted with the SpiroKlene™ wiper system, these filters provide continuous filtration down to 10micron. The Russell Hygiene Filter™, which has been designed specifically for sanitary applications, was also exhibited at the show.
