COVID19 company update: improved measures and continuity plans

Continuing to support customers and key industries worldwide

As the COVID19 pandemic continues to affect our daily livelihoods and businesses across the globe, Russell Finex is working harder than ever to help support key industries meet demand and supply customers with essential products. As stated in our previous COVID19 announcement, we recognize that our products and services are critical for many manufacturing processing lines, and we continue to hold to our commitment to provide support and ship orders to those who need aftermarket parts and new machines delivered to their facilities across the globe.

Continuing to support you

During this time, we have undergone a number of changes at our offices across the world to make them Covid safe to ensure that those staff who need to work from our offices to support these industries do so safely, and in line with government guidelines. As well as practicing safe social-distancing, we have installed Perspex screens in our manufacturing workstations and offices, increased the number of hand sanitizer stations around the factory and office floors, and introduced a one-way system and touchpoints are wiped down regularly with disinfectant.

Our HQ office and manufacturing plant in the UK as well as our subsidiaries across the globe remain open and operating. Where possible, in line with local governmental regulations, exhibitions have been attended (for example, the latest metal powder exhibition in China), proving that Russell Finex will continuously meet demand and deliver to customers in need of innovative, high-quality sieving, separating, and filtration solutions in their processing lines.

Russell Finex’s Managing Director Ray Singh commented: “With this pandemic continuing to affect the way businesses run as well as our livelihoods, we recognize the important role Russell Finex has to play in helping key industries continue to operate efficiently. That is why we’ve taken the necessary safety precautions so we can help businesses get the support they need from us to meet their customers’ demands.”

We have already provided innovative solutions – such as our Liquid Solid Separator™ to make hand sanitizer for one US distillery – and will continue to do so across the business. Despite increasingly strict governmental regulations coming into force recently, especially across the UK and Europe, Russell Finex will ensure that it adjusts its working practices and makes changes to its facilities to continue to operate and deliver machinery to key industries and customers as safely and quickly as possible.
