Over £24,000 donated by Russell Finex in 2022
As we say goodbye to 2022, Russell Finex is proud of the achievements made across the year including the fundraising efforts our team has been involved in. From our Comic Relief bowling event to our 21 challenges for the Mulberry Centre, Russell Finex has donated over £24,000 through fundraising, match funding and company donations in 2022.
Ending the year on a high, Russell Finex came together for our annual Christmas jumper day and raffle to raise money for the Mulberry Centre. Top prizes included an air fryer, a DeWalt tool set, and Nespresso Coffee Machine, amongst many other amazing prizes. In total, our Christmas fundraising raised over £900 for the Mulberry Centre this festive season.
As our charity of the year, we have been raising money for the Mulberry Centre throughout 2022 including the 21 challenge which saw employees take part in various challenges in aid of the center’s 21st birthday. We have been amazed by the response from our employees and in total, over £13,000 was raised for the Mulberry Centre in 2022.

This money will go towards supporting those impacted by a cancer diagnosis, whether you be the patient, friend or bereaved relative. The centre work with no postcode boundary, offering services such as relaxation therapies, ongoing one-to-one support, counselling sessions and a wide range of workshops.
A £2,000 company donation was also made this festive season to Hounslow Christmas Project, a Christmas initiative founded by Feltham and Heston MP, Seema Malhotra. The project ensures no child goes without a gift at Christmas. This year the company’s donation helped provide 2500 gifts for children and young people to schools across the local area.
Whilst Christmas may be difficult for some, we hope to have made a difference this festive season by supporting local charities and the community. Thank you to everyone who has supported our fundraising this year which has enabled us to reach the grand total of £24,000.
