Russell Finex displayed industrial sieving and filtration solutions at Fispal Tecnologia Brasil 2017
An estimated 440 exhibitors and over 41,200 visitors from multiple countries throughout Latin America attended the recent Fispal Tecnologia show held at the São Paulo Expo. Now in its 33rd year, the trade fair is the world’s biggest and most important event for the food and beverage processing industries.
Visitors to the Russell Finex booth at Fispal Tecnologia were able to see demonstrations of the latest and most innovative sieving and filtration machines:
• The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® provides efficient filtration down to 10 micron without interruption. This self cleaning strainer incorporates a reusable filter element and unique SpiroKlene™ wiper system to continuously clean the filter and remove oversize contamination.
• The Russell Compact Sieve® is designed for high capacity check-screening of powders and granules. Ideal for sieving products such as flour, sugar and nuts; the food-safe industrial sieve removes oversize contamination to ensure food product quality. The circular vibratory sifter fits neatly into existing production lines, to provide significant screening throughput without needing excessive headroom.
• The Russell Vibrasonic® Deblinding System enables food powders to be accurately screened on finer meshes. The patented ultrasonic sieve applies an ultrasonic frequency to the screen to eliminate mesh blinding and clogging which increases throughput rates and improves product quality.
