Russell Finex to display industrial filters and vibratory sieves at Fispal Tecnologia in Brasil

From June 27th to 30th, Russell Finex will exhibit at Fispal Tecnologia in São Paulo, Brasil. Now in its 33rd year, Fispal Tecnologia will be the largest food and beverage industry gathering in 2017, making it a must see event. Over 52,000 visitors are expected to attend the show, travelling from countries throughout Latin America.

Russell Finex designs and manufactures innovative separation and filtration equipment that is used in a diverse range of food applications including chocolate filtration, milk powder sieving, coffee separation, and many more. 

Having participated in Fispal Tecnologia for a number of years, Russell Finex understands the great value of this event and is looking forward to attending again. The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter^® - This award winning hygienic liquid filter accurately removes contamination from liquids and slurries to safeguard product purity. The fully enclosed automatic filter safeguards the health and safety of operators and features a unique SpiroKlene™ wiper system to continuously clean a re-usable filtration element. The in-line filter design also allows easy installation within existing pipework. 

Russell Compact Sieve^® - Ideal for check-screening food ingredients to ensure product quality, this round vibrating sieve accurately removes oversized contamination. It’s food-grade stainless steel construction provides high-capacity safety sieving, all within a compact design. The sanitarysievefeatures quick-release clamps – a tool-free system which simplifies the disassembly process, allowing a single operator to quickly strip down the machine for rapid cleaning. 

Vibrasonic^® Deblinding System - The Vibrasonic^® Deblinding System eliminates screen blinding to allow food powders to be screened down to 20µm. When fitted to a vibratory sieve, the ultrasonic screen deblinding system increases screening throughput and production rates by applying an ultrasonic frequency to the sieve’s mesh to keep the screen apertures clean. As well as fitting any sieve in the Russell Finex range, the system can also be retrofitted to most other makes of sieves and separators.
