Gulfood Manufacturing Review 2014

This exhibition provided Russell Finex the opportunity to demonstrate their latest sieving and filtration developments. The high quality sieving and filtration equipment featured on this year’s stand was:

Finex Separator™ – this working demonstration showed how Russell vibrating round separators can accurately size or grade powders on up to 4 fractions, resulting in up to 5 accurate separations.

Integrated control system – available for the range of Russell vibratory sieves and in-line filters. The integrated control system incorporates a number of features to enhance functionality and usability of your separation equipment. The Russell Vibrastop™, the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System and the Russell Gated Outlet™ all featured within this particular model.

Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® – this filter for liquids improves product quality and removes oversize contamination. Compared to other industrial filters the Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® does not require filter bags or cartridges and offers considerable reductions in waste.

Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve™ – designed with the food industry in mind, this low-level bag emptying sieve allows hand fed ingredients to be check-screened effectively. A straight through design offers optimum clearance between the sieve outlet and the floor, while being able to fit neatly into a production process.

Gulfood Manufacturing 2014 really highlighted the region’s rapidly expanding food and beverage manufacturing and production infrastructure. Gulfood is a unique exhibition that works as a one stop shop for ingredients, processing machinery, packaging equipment and storage/logistics solutions. Influential buyers from countries including Saudi Arabia, , Egypt, Turkey, Kenya, South Africa, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Libya, Iran and Nigeria amongst others came to network, witness demonstrations and learn about industry updates through the many presentations taking place. Russell Finex will be looking forward to Gulfood Manufacturing 2015 to ensure they continue to grow their business within this region.
