The Industrial Processing exhibition will take place from September 30th to October 3rd in Utrecht, Netherlands, and will be the largest technological meeting point in Benelux. During these four days, Industrial Processing will be held together with the Industrial European Dairy Show, Macropak and the World of Technology & Science.
Industrial Processing is a show dedicated to the complete process industry and hosts more than 200 exhibitors who will showcase the latest products and innovations in the field of process equipment, automation and engineering. The show will entail live product demonstrations, presentations and interaction with keynote speakers. Industrial Processing is the ideal place to be acquainted with the whole scope of process technology.
The Industrial European Dairy Show , a brand new event, will also take place at the same time and will focus on processing and packaging within the dairy sector. The Dutch dairy sector is internationally recognized as one of the most important in the world and this exhibition has created a face-to-face platform to share top innovations and industry know-how.
Russell Finex is active in both the process and dairy industry as suppliers of high quality separation equipment and will present live demonstrations of machines at the Industrial Processing, including the Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®, the Russell Liquid Solid Separator™ and the Finex Separator™ fitted with the new Russell Gated Outlet™.
Demonstrated in full operation the Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®, this industrial liquid filter removes oversize down to 10µm from liquids or slurries at a maximum temperature of 250°C and a high flow rate. The filter has a reusable filter basket which is continuously cleaned by the SpiroKlene™ wiper system. Thanks to its self-cleaning design, product loss is reduced and money for replacing filter media is saved.
Also shown in operation is the Russell Liquid Solid Separator™, a centrifugal separator which can remove solids down to 20µm, which are even soft and fibrous, from slurries. The Russell Liquid Solid Separator™ has a small footprint but can reach high capacities up to 100,000 l/h. A common application of this machine in the dairy industry is for the separation of curd and whey. In other industries this versatile separator is used for waste water treatment or product recovery.
The Finex Separator™ is a grading sieve for wet or dry materials. When installed with up to four sieve decks this industrial screener can obtain up to five product fractions. Compared to traditional spring mounted grading sieves, the Finex Separator™ has a lower noise level and higher sieving accuracy and capacity. On the stand the Finex Separator™ will be fitted with the new Russell Gated Outlet™. This pneumatically controlled gate allows total control of your product flow and discharge. Installed in the outlet of the sieve deck, the Russell Gated Outlet™ can be inflated or deflated on demand. This upgrade is beneficial for applications where there is little oversize.
