Innovative separation solutions displayed at lead food technology exhibition
International FoodTec which was held at Bombay Exhibition Centre from 22-24 September 2016 along with concurrent events including Sweet & SnackTec, Dairy Universe, PackEx, Food Logistics and Annapoorna World of Food India, is a leading exhibition which covers latest innovations across the food industry. Many countries participated from all over the globe and showcased their latest technologies for food processing industry. With more than 16,450 visitors from manufacturers within the food and beverage industry, the show was a great success.
For the third year running Russell Finex exhibited at the show, located in Hall No. 1, Stand D-55 with innovative sieving and filtration equipment for the food processing industry. Live demonstrations of the Finex Ultima™ vibro screen, the Russell Compact Sieve® vibrating screener and the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System, many visitors were attracted to the stand to understand how their processing requirements could be met.

Russell Finex showcased the following high quality sieving and filtration equipment for the food processing industry:
1) The Finex Ultima™: This newly launched food vibro separator is equipped with many benefits such as an open frame design, unique rubber suspension, increased and accurate sieving capacity, reduced noise levels and high quality stainless contact parts for easy cleaning.
2) Russell Compact Sieve®: This food vibro sifter is one of the most powerful screening machines in the food sieving industry as it is designed to provide higher capacities with improved product quality. Screening of applications such as flour, coffee beans, butterscotch, sugar, buttermilk, dry fruits, maize, cardamom and many more can easily be performed on this vibrating sifter.
3) Vibrasonic® Deblinding System: This ultrasonic sifter is a must-have in the food processing industry, enabling the screening of powders on finer mesh down to 20 microns. During the show this ultrasonic sifter was displayed with the Russell Compact Sieve®.
4) Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter®: This self-cleaning filter is suitable for application such as chocolate, caramel and honey to remove contamination to give improved product quality.
