Russell Finex exhibited a range of innovative metal powder solutions at PM China Expo 2020
On the 12-14th August, Russell Finex showcased a variety of sieving and separation equipment for the metal powders industry. Held at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition and Convention Center this three-day event hosted over 494 companies from 10 different countries, welcoming over 25,000 visitors – a notable increase from last year.
However, this exhibition also took place with extra health and safety measures to assure the comfort of all exhibitors and visitors, whilst keeping in line with governmental guidelines during the COVID19 pandemic. The increased number of visitors was not only encouraging but showed the promise of steady growth in the metal powders industry.
During this exhibition, experienced sales representatives were on hand to demonstrate this range of technology, and how it would directly benefit metal powder users. The Vibrasonic® Deblinding System - an ultrasonic deblinding system is used for eliminating the blinding of the sieve mesh. Unlike mechanical deblinding systems, the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System uses an ultrasonic frequency which does not cause damage to the sieve mesh.
Russell Finex also showcased and discussed its newly expanded Additive Manufacturing range: the AMPro® Lab, AMPro® Lite, and the award-winning AMPro® Sieve Station. These innovative metal powder reclamation units were designed to meet the requirements of the AM industry, and ensure a repeatable, controllable process to safeguard the quality of powders.
