- The Russell Compact Sieve®- This round vibrating sieve removes oversized contamination from both liquid slurries and powders. With the ability to fit easily into existing processing lines, its enclosed design eliminates harmful dust and fumes in the entire process, protecting operator health and safety.
- The Finex Separator™ - This innovative vibratory grading separator efficiently grades both wet and dry materials on up to five fractions. The machine allows full sieving flow on all mesh screens resulting in materials being screened and classified accurately in one operation. During the exhibition this grading sieve will be fitted with the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System, used for eliminating product blockage when sieving extremely fine or difficult powders.
- The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® – This in-line filter for liquids removes oversized contamination from all liquid products. With its unique SpiroKlene™ wiper system this filter provides effective and continuous filtration down to 10 micron. During the exhibition this self-cleaning filter will be fitted with the Russell Filter Management System™, an automated system which continuously monitors the filtration process.
