Unification of operations strengthens brand presence and improves customer experience nationwide
Since the beginning of our direct sales operations in Brazil in 2017, we have been building a track record marked by growth, innovation, and proximity to our customers. Our Brazilian operation had an office located in Jundiaí and a meshing factory in Jandira, two buildings that, even though separate, allowed us to strengthen our operations in the domestic market.
Over the years, we have consolidated our presence in the country, expanding our customer portfolio and strengthening our operations in different industrial segments. Constant growth has also brought the need to improve processes and centralize operations to ensure even greater efficiency and quality.
The move to the new 1,300 m² warehouse in the Tulipas neighborhood of Jundiaí marks a new chapter for Russell Finex Brazil. The new base of operations integrates offices, inventory, and the meshing factory, which provides screen replacement services to customers throughout Brazil. It now also features our testing center, allowing customers to test our machines before purchasing. More than just a change of address, this milestone represents the company's evolution and our commitment to growing alongside our customers, promoting innovation and excellence in production.
