The Russell Gated Outlet™, a pneumatically controlled gate, is one of Russell Finex’s new products to be shown on the stand in operation. With this pneumatically controlled gate, Russell Finex offer a solution to customers who need to control their product flow and/or discharge. This is often the case when there is little oversize or when discharge happens too fast resulting in loss of good product. The Russell Gated Outlet™ is integrated at the inside of the outlet of the sieve deck and can be inflated or deflated, providing a complete control of product flow and discharge. The Russell Compact Self-Loading Sieve™, is a newly developed automated sieving system, which can pneumatically convey, sieve and discharge your powders or bulk materials. Incorporating features of the Russell Compact Sieve®, powders and granules can be screened and conveyed up to 10 meters with minimal operator involvement. At the show the Russell Compact Self-Loading Sieve™ will be shown in full operation, enabling you to see how simply the machine conveys, sieves and discharges powders or bulk in a simple operation.
