The Russell Racers Bikeathon for Sport Relief

March 11, 2014

Russell Finex will be cycling 180 miles in 12 hours to raise money for Sport Relief 2014

Sport Relief is back from March 21st – 23rd 2014 and Russell Finex will be joining the nation by getting active and raising money which will help change the lives of people in the UK and abroad. The money will be used to provide better futures, safer lives, create fairer societies with stronger communities and tackle financial poverty.

The Russell Finex Challenge

On Friday 21st March, Russell Finex employees will be taking part in a 12-hour bikeathon starting at 6.30am and finishing at 6.30pm. Throughout the day Russell Finex employees will be donning their best lycra to cycle for a minimum of 15 minutes each. With a target of cycling 180 miles (290km) over the 12 hours, the Russell Racers team will be required to cycle an average of 15mph to meet the set target.

Please visit the Russell Finex Russell Racers Giving Page to make a donation.

On the day there will be a live stream of the event on the website via YouTube. Here you will be able to see the progress Russell Finex are making with the challenge. Please come back to the News & Events section on Friday 21st March for the live stream.
