Russell Finex is pleased to announce the new Finex Ultima™, the latest innovative separator to be released globally. An upgrade over traditional spring-mounted separators, the Finex Ultima™ is suitable for wet and dry screening applications. It can quality-check powders and liquids to remove contamination, or separate different particle sizes into discrete fractions. This unit achieves higher productivity compared to traditional separators by utilizing a unique rubber suspension system. This also makes it much quieter in operation.
What are the benefits?
- As well as offering higher screening capacities the design of the Finex Ultima™ is very hygienic. The open frame design and crevice-free welds of this fully stainless-steel unit make it extremely easy to clean. This makes it an excellent choice for the food and pharmaceutical industries among many others.
- The unique rubber suspension system makes it much quieter in operation and eliminates the maintenance associated with springs.
- Adding extra optional sieving levels allows you to separate your powders into five different particle-size fractions.
About the Finex Ultima
The Finex Ultima™ is manufactured in four standard sizes to meet your requirements across a wide range of applications and throughput rates: 30” (750mm), 40” (1000mm), 48” (1200mm) and 60” (1500mm) diameter.
Its easy adjustability provides you with absolute control of material movement on the screen surface, optimizing accuracy and separation quality.
With the optional Russell Vibrasonic® Deblinding System allowing powders to be sieved on finer meshes (down to 20 micron), both the quality and value of your final products are improved.
The hygienic design makes it completely accessible for cleaning purposes while the suspension system means less maintenance and reduced noise emissions (typical less than 70dBA).
