Leading tea and coffee premix manufacturer increases throughput rates using the Finex Ultima™ in its production line

Established in 1996, Vending Updates is one of the largest producers of quality premixes, manufacturing at the capacity of 4000 tonnes/annum. Headquartered in Noida, India, Vending Updates has a presence across many major cities in India and exports its products to 30 countries across the globe.
The company offers a wide range of premixes including those for tea, dairy whitener, and coffee. They also offer a wide range of custom designed tea and coffee vending machines. In order to meet the increasing demand and high-quality standards expected, Vending Updates has invested in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Noida.
For the processing of its products, Vending Updates looked for equipment to fit its requirements and contacted Russell Finex for advice. Following the consultation, an on-site product trial was conducted at Vending Updates manufacturing facility with the Finex Ultima™. With the vibro screen meeting the throughput rates of the process, the company recognized it would easily meet its production requirements, and therefore purchased six Finex Ultima™ units.
Vending Updates installed 3 of the the Finex Ultima™ units at the raw material dumping station, where products like milk powder, maltodextrin and powdered sugar are being processed. 2 units are installed for screening of finished products like and tea and coffee premixes, and the final machine is used for powdered sugar screening.
A high-capacity vibratory screen, the Finex Ultima™ is adaptable to any production line, designed to provide increased productivity, accurate grading, and lower noise levels. This vibro screen can be easily adjusted to provide absolute control of material movement on the screen and therefore provide perfect screening. Along with these benefits, is fitted with unique rubber suspension mounts which help to give maximum vibration to the mesh screen for consistent sieving as well as quieter operation compared to traditional spring mounted units.
