The Finex Separator grades sawdust particles into 4 product cuts to ensure sawdust blocks contain particles of a similar shape and size
When compressing products together ensuring the particle sizes are of equal measure is important as it will allow compression to take place effectively with minimal cavities. Grading products into particle size will guarantee such a situation can occur. A company was producing blocks of sawdust by compacting sawdust particles. To guarantee the blocks contained sawdust particles of a similar size the company used a Finex Separator to grade the product into 4 fractions. Each product cut could then be used separately to create well-formed sawdust blocks.
