Russell Finex will be exhibiting at the 2014 Powder & Bulk Solids Show, the powder processing industry’s international biennial gathering.
Since 1934, Russell Finex have manufactured a wide range of vibratory separators and industrial screeners to help powder and bulk solids processors improve production efficiency, product quality and lower overall costs.
On display for viewing and demonstration will be the Finex Separator™, a revolutionary vibratory separator designed for accurate scalping, sizing or grading dry powders of up to five different fractions in one operation. The Finex Separator™ is available in four sizes: 30", 40", 48" and 60" diameter.
The Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve® and Bag Dump station will also feature on the booth. Suitable for check screening bagged ingredients, the machine has an ergonomically designed stainless steel bag tipping tray and integrated dust hood, which prevents harmful dust from escaping into the work environment. It is also fitted with a rare earth or standard ferrite magnet to catch ferrous contamination from powder/dry particulate.
The Russell Compact Sieve® will also be displayed. This popular machine is ideal for high-capacity check-screening, sifting or grading of bulk powders in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical and packaging industries.
Finally, the Vibrasonic® Deblinding System will also be showcased. The system is designed to screen heavy or light density powders which can often be difficult to check-screen. The Vibrasonic® system applies an ultrasonic frequency to vibrate the screen mesh, breaking down the surface tension. This prevents the mesh from being blocked or blinded, and ensures constant screening capacity and throughput during the production process. The ultrasonic system can be retrofitted onto any new or existing industrial check screener or vibratory separator.
