Improving the recovery of small AM powder batches
Our upgraded Russell AMPro®Lab Sieve Station is a small, non-vibratory unit that is ideal for recovering small batches of AM powder. It can be used as a ‘bottle to bottle’ solution, integrated into a printer design or as part of a powder handling system.
It offers controllable sieving through an adjustable feed nozzle, variable mesh angle and ultrasonic mesh deblinding. An optional pneumatic hammer is also available for very difficult powders.
