The Russell Vibrasonic® Debriding System allows screening through finer meshes (down to 20 microns ) without clogging or clogging . This improves the quality of the final product and significantly increases the sieving capacity.  

It also extends the life of the mesh screen by eliminating the need for mechanical removal and cleaning by the operator. Our ultrasonic systems can be installed on new and existing vibrating screens and screeners. 

Russell Finex invented the use of sieves and ultrasound and is the only company to manufacture both vibrating sieves and ultrasonic equipment. This allows these integrations to be fully optimized to provide the best solution.
