CNC Machinist  Machining to tight tolerances, adjusting , programming, setting and running CNC milling machines with Fanuc controls; self inspecting components for final assembly, using CAD/CAM drawing to machine. Candidate will be flexible and happy to work on other machines as required by the business

Design Draughtsperson – To carry out a range of duties including processing of orders, technical support, development design, test equipment and produce manuals as well as a variety of other task in line with ISO9000 procedures

Welder MIG/TIG Welder/Fabricator – Fabricating using tools such as: Press break, Saw, Bender, Guillotine etc. from engineering drawings. Tack and finish TIG stainless steel products/tube and box section as well as occasional mild steel work. Must be able to weld thin gauge material  (,2223)

Aftermarket Sales Development Coordinator – Follow up on all Aftermarket quotations, help coordinate proactive sales for RFL Home Aftermarket business; be a link between Aftermarket and post machine sales by communicating directly with the customer to make them aware of all our Aftermarket services; to monitor & report on business levels across our customer base on a regular basis, for example, to report an area where business levels may be dropping and a variety of other duties determined by the Head of the Sales Division.

Internal Sales Engineer – An opportunity for a technical and engineering knowledgeable person to be part of a vibrant Sales team. A multifunctional role which includes liaison with other departments, keeping engineers and managers up to date; maintaining sales order files; logging, forwarding and processing inquires and other tasks

HR Assistant – An exciting opportunity has arisen for this administrative role. You will be first line support to the HR team and RFL colleagues; maintain training, headcount and employee records, provide cover and various other supporting activities

Production Engineer – With an ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and using good communication and people skills, along with an understanding of welding, fabrication and machining processes this role includes Identifying and quantifying cost factors, such as production time, material, and labour rates; reading  drawings and technical documents, working closely with the purchasing department and directly with suppliers to derive purchase costs and to liaise with engineering to establish best manufacturing processes, including new product development

Waterjet operator – To set, load and operate the Water Jet machine, including the cleaning of components and maintenance and to set, load and operate Robot, including the cleaning of components and maintenance, plus any other duties determined by the Senior Automation Engineer

Production Planner – Planning sequence of manufacturing, machining, fabrication, assembly and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers including the construction of BOM/product routings. Providing costings and estimations as per company process and any other duties determined by the Production Engineering Controller or manager
