How does the bag dump sieve station work?
Operators place the bag on the ergonomic tipping platform and cut it open. The powder is emptied directly onto the integrated vibratory sieve. The vibratory sieve check screens the powder, removing oversized particles, lumps, and contaminants, ensuring only correctly sized powder passes through. The screened powder is collected in a hopper or transferred directly to the next stage of production, such as mixing or packaging.
