Russell Compact Sieve®
The Russell Compact Sieve® is a versatile, high capacity screener designed to remove oversize contamination, particles and agglomerates from powders and liquids.The industrial sieve’s compact design significantly saves on floor space when compared to traditional sieves, without reducing throughput capacity. Other benefits include rapid disassembly for cleaning and screen changes, without the need for tools – saving time and labor.
The vibrating sieve is available in a variety of options such as the Russell Compact Airlock Sieve™, suitable for dust-free check-screening of incoming ingredients or finished powders. The high containment sifter incorporates a patented TLI (Twist, Lock and Inflate) pneumatic clamping system, to prevent powder leakage and provide minimal operator involvement.
Vibrasonic® Deblinding System
The Vibrasonic® Deblinding System combines vibration with an ultrasonic frequency to screen difficult powders down to 20µm. The ultrasonic sieve deblinding system effectively eliminates screen blinding and extends mesh life to increase productivity.
