Exposolidos 2015 in Barcelona
The EXPOSOLIDOS exhibition held in Barcelona this year from the 17th-19th February proved to be a great success for Russell Finex. The three day event was attended by large numbers of visitors and exhibitors with many visiting booth number 318 where Russell Finex showcased an impressive and comprehensive range of innovative separation equipment.
Thousands of visitors attended the exhibition from all over the world and over 100 exhibitors showcased their latest and unique equipment from more than fifteen countries worldwide. The most up to date technology was featured at EXPOSOLIDOS to cater to professionals attending and representing a wide variety of industries within areas such as mechanical processing, instrumentation, safety and ATMEX and other processes and systems to cover all needs associated to solids and powders. The unique technology exhibited also delivered procedures to allow users to prevent abrasion and wear in pipes and hopper processes.
A wide range of Russell Finex’s high quality screening machines was showcased on Booth 318, including the Finex Separator™ fitted with the new Russell Gated Outlet™, the Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve™ and the Russell Blow Thru Sieve™.
The Finex Separator™ is a vibratory screen separator which delivers perfect flow of material on mesh using a unique weight and suspension system, providing the user the ability to tune the separator as and when they wish to achieve a perfect scroll. The machine was fitted with the new Russell Gated Outlet™, a pneumatically controlled gate placed inside the outlet of the sieve deck, offering full control of product discharge. This is most suited for applications where there is very little oversize or when product is discharged too quickly which then results in the loss and damage of good product.
The Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve™ is designed for low level bag emptying and check screening of raw materials, fitting neatly into production lines and providing easy disassembly and cleaning without the need for tools.
The Russell Blow Thru Sieve™ is used in pneumatic conveying lines allowing processors to screen and transport powder materials at the same time. This pneumatic sieve shaker ensures incoming and end products which leave and enter the plant are exempt from contamination. The sieve attains enhanced product quality and productivity with throughput rates reaching 25 metric tonnes per hour.
