Vibrasonic® Deblinding System – This ultrasonic sieve deblinding system eliminates screen blinding to allow food powders to be screened down to 20µm. When fitted to a vibratory sieve or separator, the ultrasonic screen deblinding system increases screening throughput and production rates by applying an ultrasonic frequency to the sieve mesh to keep the screen apertures clean. This ultrasonic system has been designed so it can be retrofitted to any new or existing sieves or separators.
