This year marks a milestone of 35 years for the Fispal Technologia tradeshow. Russell Finex is excited to be a part of such a major milestone and will exhibit the latest product developments for the food and beverage sector, as well as product and technology demonstrations. Visit the Russell Finex Booth #118H to experience some of these types of demonstrations:
The Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® - an award-winning liquid filter which accurately removes contamination from liquids and slurries to safeguard product purity. The fully enclosed automatic filter safeguards the health and safety of operators and features a unique SpiroKlene™ wiper system to continuously clean a re-usable filtration element. The in-line filter design also allows easy installation within existing pipework.
Russell Compact Sieve® - Ideal for check-screening food ingredients, this vibrating sieve precisely removes oversized contamination while improving overall product quality. Its food-grade stainless steel construction provides high-capacity safety sieving, all within a compact design to fit neatly into production lines.
Vibrasonic® Deblinding System – This ultrasonic sieve deblinding system eliminates screen blinding to allow food powders to be screened down to 20µm. When fitted to a vibratory sieve or separator, the ultrasonic screen deblinding system increases screening throughput and production rates by applying an ultrasonic frequency to the sieve mesh to keep the screen apertures clean. This ultrasonic system has been designed so it can be retrofitted to any new or existing sieves or separators.
