Russell Finex to feature their extensive range of innovative sieving and filtration equipment at PPMA 2015, Hall 5 Stand C22
Running its 27th show, PPMA will open its doors from September 29th – October 1st at the NEC, Birmingham to welcome an array of visitors and exhibitors. PPMA provides a ‘complete production line event’ where visitors from a wide range of industries can source the right machinery and equipment for all processing and packaging needs. Visitors will have the opportunity to connect with the world’s leading companies exhibiting at the show to evaluate latest technology, learn about the latest industry developments and interact face-to-face with technical experts.
Russell Finex, sieving and filtration specialists since 1934, will once again exhibit at the show to showcase their well-established range of machines as well as their latest technological advancements. Visitors will be provided the opportunity to talk to one of many experienced Russell Finex engineers and see some of the machines in action.
The following range of sieving and filtration equipment will be displayed at PPMA 2015, on Stand C22, Hall 5:
The Russell Compact Sieve® is a high capacity, versatile vibratory sieve designed to remove oversize contamination from powders and liquid slurries. At less than half the height of a traditional sieving machine, the sieve can fit neatly into your production line whilst maintaining high throughput rates. Two models will be displayed on the stand to demonstrate the different sizes and finishes available.
The Finex Separator™ provides large improvements in sieving accuracy, capacity, noise levels and upgradeability compared with traditional spring suspension separators. Although typically used for grading wet or dry materials on up to five fractions in one operation, the range of grading separators can also be used for other separation methods such as dewatering, de-dusting or product recovery.
The Finex Separator™ will be demonstrated on the stand in conjunction with the following:
Vibrasonic® Deblinding System – an ultrasonic system designed to prevent blinding and blocking of mesh when screening difficult powders, allowing you to sieve at consistent capacity continuously using finer meshes.
Russell Gated Outlet™ - Controls the flow of product from the oversize outlet, improving productivity by ensuring the product is screened efficiently.
Russell Vibrastop™ - Uses the latest in starter technology to eliminate excessive movement during start up and shut down.
Self-Cleaning Liquid Filters
This range of enclosed industrial liquid filters are based on the high performance Self-Cleaning Russell Eco Filter® designed to provide effective and continuous removal of contamination down to 10 micron. A horizontal model will be shown in operation to demonstrate how the unique SpiroKlene™ wiper system continuously cleans the filter element. The unit will also be fitted with the Russell Filter Management System™ which continuously monitors and controls the filter to eliminate operator involvement. The latest addition to the range, the Russell Hygiene Filter™, will also be on display which provides a sanitary solution for those in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Liquid Solid Separation Equipment
The Russell Liquid Solid Separator™ is a unique high performance centrifugal separator for continuous removal of soft or fibrous materials for a wide range of applications, and can achieve flow rates of up to 100,000 l/hour on fine meshes down to 20 micron.
